intentional gatherings for self-reflection, connection and growth.
In a world that often feels fast, filtered, and disconnected — we’re creating something different. These events are designed to bring people together through journaling, meaningful conversation, and shared experiences that support mental well-being and personal growth.
How it works
Community & Events
What do i need?
Each event is free or low-cost and designed for our 365 Journals community. All you need to bring is your 365 Journal and an open mind. Don’t have one yet? You can purchase one ahead of time or at the event.
Are the events themed?
Some events will be themed around one of the chapters in the 365 Journal such as relationships, goals, finances, or self-discovery. We’ll guide you through reflective prompts to explore on your own page.
We will also have open journaling events so you can pick your own journey.
What if i'm not comfortable sharing?
Each event is a safe space to reflect, share and be vulnerable. You'll have the option to join small group circles or partner chats to share insights, ask questions, and listen — no pressure, just presence.
What activities are included?
Our Happy Hour events are based on demand. Whether it's bouquet-making, painting, sound baths, or a community walk, we end each event with a calming or creative activity that ties into the journaling theme.
To stay updated on upcoming events subscribe to our mailing list and keep an eye out for an activity you'd like to join!
Are there any takeaways?
You’ll leave with a small gift (like our Daily Align notepad), new connections, and a little more clarity than you came with!
These are not traditional networking events or social hours. They’re warm, safe spaces where you can show up as your full self — whether you’re feeling reflective, curious, vulnerable, or somewhere in between.
Journaling gives people space to process what they’re carrying, uncover patterns, and reconnect with their truth. When done in community, it becomes even more powerful, reminding us that we’re not alone in our thoughts, our struggles, or our growth.
