I lost my son, totally unexpectedly, in April 2025 and only now feel that I am coming out of the worst and most unimaginably painful 16 months of my life. I’ve bought so many grief journals and courses to try and help navigate this pain but the Light in Loss journal is the only one that has truly felt like it understands. The prompts are really beautiful and genuinely helping me to navigate this new existence that I have since losing my son. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.
This combo helps me a lot on the days when grief feels especially heavy and everything else feels harder too. Light in Loss gives me a space to write about my grief and my loved one, while the notepad helps me stay organised and focus on just a few things at a time.
For the past two months, these two journals have given me space to reflect on different parts of what I’m going through. The Self-Discovery Journal helps me understand myself better, reflect on where I am in life, and think about what I want moving forward. And Light in Loss helps me process my grief while keeping the memories of my loved one close.
This is the perfect combo! I love using the notepad in the morning to plan my day and stay organised. Then, in the evening, I love journaling to slow down, reflect, and learn something new about myself.
This notepad is the first thing I use in the morning before starting my day. It helps me stay organised, and my favourite part is that it reminds me to focus on just a few top priorities instead of trying to do everything at once. I also finally started tracking my water intake, which has actually helped me drink more water!
This tote is the perfect everyday bag. It fits everything I need, from my laptop and journals to my iPad, water bottle, and more. The material feels really high quality, and I love how stylish it is. It’s so easy to match with almost any outfit.
As someone who always loves learning more about myself, this journal has been such a great tool. I’ve been using it daily for the past two months, and the prompts really help me understand myself better and make things feel clearer. I love how the six core chapters cover different parts of my life, so there’s always something new to reflect on. I also love that it’s undated, so even if I miss a day, I can just come back to it without feeling guilty or behind.
I’m really grateful I found this journal. It feels like a safe space to write about my loved one and my grief. The daily prompts help me process what I’m feeling and keep their memories close.
Im 34 and Ive seen the 365 Journal on Instagram. I’ve decided to give it a go as I do feel like getting back to writing again. Im now replying more than one question a day, wondering if it will last one year 😅
I do enjoy it and I wish there was a pink version please 🤭
Got this as a gift for a friend in her healing journey. I think these pages will really help her!
This has been a nice daily routine that began one month after the passing of my beloved spouse. I wish the prompts were more varied and ask for pictures and such - maybe that is to come.
I was hesitant about the price and shipping. However, the journals have arrived and they are more beautiful than I could have anticipated. I had a minor snaffoo with Canada Post which was quickly rectified by Jessica. She responded to my email in hours and had the whole thing rectified with no delay in me getting the journals and starting my journey back to myself.
I highly recommend and will buy again!
I love this journal! The prompts are so thoughtful and revealing. Working through some of the chapters, I really felt like I was building towards something more aligned and helped me feel more confidence in who I am and the things I want for myself, while always giving space for healing. And moments I stepped away, for lack of motivation or just not being ready to process certain things, it was easy to come back to. That is probably the best thing about this journal is that it is open ended. It meets you where you're at.
I Absoloutly love this journal- I find it’s much easier to complete than others as it focuses on you the griever and how you are coping rather than on how much you miss your loved one
I absolutely love this journal. I've always known journaling would help with my anxiety and overthinking but staring at a blank page when having a bad day is overwhelming. Which is why I'm loving this, it's organised into different chapters with a prompt so you know what to journal about. I'd numbed myself to life years ago but since starting this I am actually feeling real emotions again can't recommend enough. Well worth the money.
I was looking for a journal with daily prompts and this journal perfectly fits the bill. I look forward to filling it out each day.
J'aime beaucoup les questions et la possibilité d'avoir le cahier en version électronique.
A gentle and kind way to reflect, plan and commemorate all aspects of your life.
I really love the questions, it makes you think and express honestly.
I have been wanting to get a journal and actually do it for many years but it seems overwhelming. This one is great. The prompts are amazing and not cheesy. The little affirmations at the top are really meaningful. I love that I can jump to the season of life I need at that time. Great quality I can see where it’s a little more expensive than some. I will buy again!
Love this journal. Have started in the fnance section, which i felt more relevant for me at this time. I am finding it very enlightening and love turning up each day to write honestly. The digital layout works perfectly and i use it with my S9 tablet and pen. Just perfect !!!! Recommend 100%.
