Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at hello@threesixfivejournals.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Returns
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
International Customers - Taxes and Duties
Any countries outside of North America may be charged customs and duties by your local customs authority. The customs tax depends on the country that the order is being shipped to.
You will be responsible to pay these fees if they are billed to you via so please check your country’s customs office to see if there are any additional costs prior to completing your purchase.
Please note: If an international order is rejected by the sender or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, we are unable to issue a refund. Please keep an eye out for any notices, emails or phone calls from the courier about any possible fees due, as they’ll need to be paid before your package can be delivered.
