Canada & USA Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no wear, tear, writing in it or damage.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@threesixfivejournals.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Returns
If domestic package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
For international orders, returns due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses aren’t possible. Unfortunately, our courier can’t return international packages to us once they’ve shipped, so these orders aren’t eligible for a refund. We recommend double-checking your address at checkout to help avoid any issues.
International Return Policy.
We accept international returns; however, please be aware that all shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs to our Canadian warehouse are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Important: Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an international order is returned to an incorrect address, unpaid customs duties, or refusal to accept the delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. Please be mindful of the following:

Significant Return Costs: The cost to ship an item back to Canada via international courier (such as DHL) is often double or triple the original shipping price.

Automatic Fees: If a package is refused, the courier charges us for the return freight and any outstanding duties. These combined fees often exceed the total value of the product ordered.

Tracking Your Delivery: We strongly encourage you to monitor your tracking information. Keep an eye out for notices, emails, or phone calls from the courier regarding fees, as these must be paid before your package can be delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital versions of the journal cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
