US Customers

Starting August 29, 2025, all US orders are now subject to new tariffs imposed by the US government. Unfortunately, this results in higher costs to bring our products across the border to you. While this change is entirely out of our control, we want to be transparent with you.

To make things simpler, we now offer duty-inclusive pricing at checkout. All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are collected upfront as part of your shipping fee. This means no unexpected charges later and no delays at customs.

We hate that it now costs more to get our products to you, and we’re actively working on ways to keep prices as fair as possible. Your continued support means so much as we navigate these changes together.

International Customers

(outside of North America) may be charged customs, duties and VAT by your local customs authority. The customs tax depends on the country that the order is being shipped to.

You will be responsible to pay these fees to DHL (WORLDWIDE EXPRESS) or Post NL if they are billed to you so please check your country’s customs office to see if there are any additional costs prior to completing your purchase. Any additional charges that are incurred while importing our goods are the customer's responsibility.

In some cases, some of our products will be available for pre-order. If you decide to place a pre-order, you pay now and your order will be processed as soon as they are available. Pre-order delivery dates are just estimates and we are not responsible for any delays.

There is no way to return a digital product and therefore they are final sale and we do not issue refunds.
