Great addition to my morning

I’m only a few days into using this journal as a part of my mourning routine. I love the feel of the paper and amount of space each prompt gives me. So far, I’ve been picking random days and random topics from each section of the journal. My hope is that I can reflect on this in a year and see just how much I’ve grown.

i love journaling but i always struggle to know what to write so these daily prompts are huge for me. it is like a mini therapy session every day. i also love that you don’t need to go in order, you can pick one that works for you that day based on the categories. when i was going through my breakup, the relationships section was really helpful for me. absolutely love this journal and everything it does for me in my life!
