My husband and I are both entrepreneurs and busy parents. Prior to the business, there were a number of years that we both were seeking therapy, each for our own individual purposes. But since business and parenting life has taken off, therapy has stopped and we sorta felt like we were stuck in this new lifestyle that didn't allow for any personal time or self-reflection. What I really love about this journal are the types of questions it asks, the various different chapters and inspirational quotes. Oddly enough, it sort of feels like I'm speaking to my own personal therapist. And best of all, I don't need to commit an hour to writing. The questions are concise, thought-provoking and the pages are just enough space for you in order to commit only a few minutes a day if that's all you have to give. Oh, and another plus, the book is absolutely beautiful. My husband stole the first copy I purchased, so I ended up re-purchasing another one. Highly recommend this journal to anyone who's looking to become the best versions of themselves!
